Your return process is horrible. Shipping cost to Canada is stupid. No one in their right mind would return anything with those charges. I know you tell me it is on your website but a little mor transparency with your USA customers would be helpful

We like the knobs, but shipping and tracking are very frustrating. Other companies make nice knobs and manage to ship and track them much better.
I used the 4” Gold Wraith Handles on a 110 year old side board I was restoring and what a positive look these handles added! Made my hard work look even better.

We replaced all our old knobs with these. They look beautiful and work flawlessly.
These were back ordered on a shipment and I didn't receive them. No one answered my inquiry and I had to order them a second time. They also don't come keyed the same.
The down side is communication with EH. Somewhere on their site they say that it might take up to 4 weeks to receive your order but I never noticed it and after emailing them 4x’s with a 24 hour turnaround reply time I finally received my order 11 weeks later. If delivery time matters you might want to reconsider.
I was very skeptical about ordering online, but honestly after seeing the products i am very much convinced that i did the right thing. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had before and after ordering... I like the product and the company :)
I did not think much of a sliding door hardware until i saw the this one!
it's so elegant, and the mechanism shows the high quality. They work as smooth as butter and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Don’t order if you want them soon! I thought I’d get them as quickly as from other vendors but when I didn’t receive them first they told me it might take 4 weeks and that it is stated somewhere on their site, then after 4 wks said it was the tariffs, then 8 weeks said their shipment was in but I didn’t receive them until 10 Weeks after I ordered. I was disappointed they didn’t expedite the shipping to me. The round knobs are of good quality that came with 3 different size screws but the finish design on the knob could’ve had more design to it.
