We bought 5 beautiful satin door knobs from Explore Hardware last year and finally started installing them, and they look spectacular. It gives a whole new sense of style to our doors, and to our home. The precision manufacturing really shows. Even the person installing the door handles remarked on how beautifully crafted they are. Our only complaint is that Explore Hardware doesn't ship to Europe, where we live. But we are huge fans and plan to buy more products in the future.

Shipping was very expensive for such a small item. Took a long time for arrival for the shipping cost. Product was dented. Very disappointing.
I've consistently used a competitor's product over the years. I purchased this lever handle specifically to compare its manufacturing quality with that of a similar-looking competitor's model. The build quality of this product is outstanding—it's not cheap Chinese junk. It's well-made, thoughtfully designed, and even includes some features that I find superior to the competitor's version.
The only drawback for me is that, as far as I know, this product isn't available in a satin nickel finish. I'm not a fan of shiny chrome, though this handle isn’t overly reflective—it has a subtle brushed texture. However, it’s still not the same color as the satin nickel finish that I prefer.

I also got the wrong size cause i simply didn't know, but customer service was very helpful and explained all the details about the measurements!
