Purchasing this doorknob was totally worth the extra money spent. The finish is a close match to our other brass hardware, the look is elegant, and the mechanism is so smooth! Screws not long enough

Nice product, but the screws aren’t long enough for my 2” thick door. Called support and they told me they fit 2” doors while they obvioulsy don’t here. They can’t supply longer screws and can’t find screws anywhere as they are not standard handle screws. They are bigger M5 screws

these door handles are absolutely stunning, high quality. an amazing product.

my experience with explore overall has been lackluster though. everything i ordered was back ordered/out of stock. i was never told and it was not stated on site.

when i contacted CS after a few weeks, they were slow to respond. they basically said “whoops” and left me to wait.

i had to push them to get stuff sent that came back into stock. i have to push them to get ETA information. sometimes they just don’t respond at all.

it’s now been 6 week since i ordered and im missing 8 pieces with no clarity on when they’ll be available.

These are beautiful pulls. However the amount of threads you can screw into them is only a couple of mm. They also came with screws that were long we couldn’t use them. We will see if that can stand up to daily use in a kitchen or not. The jury is out but I’m skeptical these will last.

Nice products - impossible to get help

The quality of the door knobs and hinges I purchased is very good and we are happy with the purchase. One part sent by explore hardware was the wrong one and I made one ordering error. I have been trying to correct these issues for two weeks and the no phone call but email only communication Explore Hardware insists on has made it impossible for me to correct the issues. Terribly frustrating experience that would be fixed in 5 minutes over the phone.
