No instructions come with the products and it's not exactly obvious. Please supply instructions for the Watermill doorstop.
We just installed these handles throughout our basement and so far the quality seems great and the product is very heavy feeling. The knurling feels and looks good.

6 plus. More than 5 for certain. Customer service is exceptional. I had a problem with out of stock, and they solved it in a day. Received the stocked parts in less than 3 days. A constant contact with services. A wow on customer experience. Now, for the quality, what can I say, it is over the top, super strong, super heavy, super robust. For the design, it is so beautiful, so refine and at a low cost if you compare to Emtek or Buster plus Punch.
Compared to hardware/ big box offerings these are 100% brass solidly made although they aren't all in yet what is in are the smoothest hinges i have ever had. More expensive than standard brass plated hinges but face less expensive than others of similar.
I've had the Soho Black Handles for over a year now and I am so happy with them! Very well made and people always compliment them when they come over. Really helps to elevate the overall aesthetic of my home!
I’m sorry…but who puts a 3-in-1 bundle together with 1 hinge per pack. Haven’t seen a door in any house that only needs a single hinge.
Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with my orders or Customer Service. The locks are cheap and not well-made. I was even locked inside my bedroom and had to call a locksmith to open the door because of the faulty lock that had just been install installed by the same locksmith. I was never refunded for the broken lock, nor for my locksmith expense.
The handles look amazing and the weight is heavy and feels great!
So happy with them and would definitely recommend!
Bought one of these to compare with another company’s brand and the Santorini blew them out of the water. They are heavy with good spring action and no Allen key screw under the handle. Its already attached. Not fiddly or coming loose any time soon
I ordered sample door knobs and liked the product. But the company communication and shipping tracking is not good. It makes you think it’s a fake company and you worry about getting your shipment. And it’s slow.
The knobs themselves are good quality and look exactly like the photos. Shipping took longer then I expected, so I had to wait to finish my project. Product is good, just wish it got here sooner.
Really happy with these pulls. They look way more expensive than they actually are. One of the screws was a little too short for my cabinet doors but I had extras at home so it wasn't a big deal. Overall very pleased.
We replaced all the old brass handles in our hallway with these and wow, what a difference. They feel solid and the finish is really nice. Install took maybe 10 minutes per door. Would definitely order again.
