I love how unique the door handles are. They are very solid and take the feel from ordinary to extraordinary. Will definitely be getting more for the rest of the house!
Odd door set. On one hand, very high quality finish on most of it. Unnecessarily complicated design, but obviously well built. The lock however, is very flimsy and broke easily. It's also not a home repair. Once broken, you are buying a new lock. Cannot give this a good review if 95% of the product is excellent, but the 5% which is not well built requires me to buy a replacement. Too bad.

These are beautiful levers, nice and heavy in the hand. They look very high end, in my opinion.
The Macau is my favorite!! I have it throughout our main floor it's such a beautiful, elegant, rich and modern design. I love the simplicity of it, and the beautiful acrylic knob is stunning! I highly recommend this piece to anyone wanting to add more character throughout their home!
Purchasing this doorknob was totally worth the extra money spent. The finish is a close match to our other brass hardware, the look is elegant, and the mechanism is so smooth! Its making me rethink all the hardware in our house, because its such a small detail but really elevates the overall look and feel of the space.
Even after explaining my needs to customer support, they still totally hi-jacked my order and sent whatever they thought I needed? I still don't understand their logic.

Very easy to install and the movement of the handles is really smooth. They also look fantastic.
Nice product, but the screws aren’t long enough for my 2” thick door. Called support and they told me they fit 2” doors while they obvioulsy don’t here. They can’t supply longer screws and can’t find screws anywhere as they are not standard handle screws. They are bigger M5 screws

my experience with explore overall has been lackluster though. everything i ordered was back ordered/out of stock. i was never told and it was not stated on site.
when i contacted CS after a few weeks, they were slow to respond. they basically said “whoops” and left me to wait.
i had to push them to get stuff sent that came back into stock. i have to push them to get ETA information. sometimes they just don’t respond at all.
it’s now been 6 week since i ordered and im missing 8 pieces with no clarity on when they’ll be available.
Notice there is no phone line, just an email form.

The door handle fit the door, which is thicker than some. Also it's a good weight and quality.
These are beautiful pulls. However the amount of threads you can screw into them is only a couple of mm. They also came with screws that were long we couldn’t use them. We will see if that can stand up to daily use in a kitchen or not. The jury is out but I’m skeptical these will last.
