Even after explaining my needs to customer support, they still totally hi-jacked my order and sent whatever they thought I needed? I still don't understand their logic.

We had ran into quite a snag on our original order and had not been able to reach someone to help us until I sent a review. But they stepped up and apologized and fixed the problem immediately so I always say mistakes are going to happen but it’s what one does in that moment. They stayed in contact and apologized and sent a remedy to fix the latch that was not fitting and they made sure to send both privacy and non.
