Easy to deal with, incase a change or return needs to be made. Will be sure to order from again on the next project.

We had ran into quite a snag on our original order and had not been able to reach someone to help us until I sent a review. We then got response because it wasn’t a five star review due to customer service not product. But they stepped up and apologized and fixed the problem immediately so I always say mistakes are going to happen but it’s what one does in that moment. They stayed in contact and apologized and sent a remedy to fix the latch that was not fitting and they made sure to send both privacy and non. They got the part out quickly and so now I can easily because of their product and their response to a problem five stars. Buy with confidence

Monaco Passage Latch

I replaced all the existing hardware on my internal doors with the passage latch sets and privacy latches and they look really good. Well engineered and precise they are so much better in quality than I found at any of the big box hardware stores and yet the price, albeit they were on sale, was extremely competitive. Only downside is that the edges are very precise and can be a bit painful if you catch them in the wrong way. A small price to pay for a significant upgrade. We are now wondering if we should upgrade the doors as the handles look almost too good for the doors now!
