This Passage Tubular Latch is designed to work with our passage door handle set. Manufactured with a strong spring mechanism inside to function with all Explore Hardware Passage Door Handles.


Our latch is sold without any faceplate/strike/screws. To purchase matching accessory packs in the finish/colour of your door handles, please see our Accessories Pack Section. All our Tubular Latches are either 2 3/8’’ ( 60MM ) or 2 ¾’’ ( 70MM) backset and non adjustable.

Even after explaining my needs to customer support, they still totally hi-jacked my order and sent whatever they thought I needed? I still don't understand their logic.

We had ran into quite a snag on our original order and had not been able to reach someone to help us until I sent a review. We then got response because it wasn’t a five star review due to customer service not product. But they stepped up and apologized and fixed the problem immediately so I always say mistakes are going to happen but it’s what one does in that moment. They stayed in contact and apologized and sent a remedy to fix the latch that was not fitting and they made sure to send both privacy and non.
