Great product terrible service

We ordered hardware for our entire house and it came in a timely manner, everything was great. The second order for a couple things we missed ended up taking months (plural) to arrive and the communication from them was terrible. The order said 2-3 weeks, 8 weeks later I had to reach out and they responded with not eta or tracking. Very poor service great product. It’s a shame.
