When receiving the product, it felt like it was small, yet quite heavy for the size. Once it was installed, it really came out nice and was super easy to install.

My contractor is so pleased with the quality of the product and ease of ordering that he is going to use Explore as his new go to for hardware products.

The cabinet knobs added a nice touch to our kitchen. They feel high-quality and look classy. Installation was simple, but one knob was slightly crooked, which they had replaced immediately. They have been in my kitchen for several months now and they look brand new!

Hi. This is the third time I’ve been contacted to do a review. I have not bothered to do one yet as I have been waiting now for two months for of my order. I made an order on July 26…. About two weeks later I reached out because I had not received a notice that my order had been sent. I was told then that items were back ordered until late August. In late August I again reached out to determine status as nothing had shipped yet. I was then told some of my items were still back ordered. I was eventually sent part of my order and told the remaining 6 items would be ready to ship at the beginning of Sept. Then I was told by Sept 22. As of today, Sept 26, I am still missing my 6 items that I ordered and paid for two months ago. I never have gotten one update without my prompting the status. I sent an email to customer service yesterday as we are again past the second and third alternate dates and I have had no reply from customer service yet. There is no phone number to contact explore at either. At this point I’m feeling quite frustrated and of course would love to be leaving a glowing review but have not had any items installed yet as I’m waiting to receive them all and have had to put my contractor off from installing my handles a few times now as shipping dates were not met. I very much wish this info was provided when you order. The items I ordered continue to show available on explore website…. But if there’s going to be a wait of over two months that should be communicated. At this point I just want my 6 missing items.
