This is the second time that parts r missing from hardware to the point that I keep a couple of extra knobs on hand because when we’re at end of project and then realize the package has been opened with missing parts there’s nothing more frustrating, and no time to reorder. I ordered this model for all the doors in my house - i really like the quality and look of the Soho - adds a nice touch to my home :) i had an issue with one of the handles i received - but their customer service was quick to fix that for me!

Beautiful handles but screws were warped. Very difficult to install. I had to find new screws to install them. Not very straightforward. For the price you pay, the quality should be there.
There was a little bit of delay for shipping but their customer service reached out to advise which was very nice. The knurled part is very cool!
